1. Donations made to Astitva Foundation are considered non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, we are unable to refund or cancel the transaction.

Events and Programs:
2. Registration fees for events and programs organized by Astitva Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 3. If Astitva Foundation cancels an event or program, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the registered participants within a reasonable time frame. We will make every effort to provide an alternative event or program or reschedule it, if possible.

4. In the event of a participant’s inability to attend an event or program, a refund will not be provided. However, the participant may request a transfer of their registration to another individual by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 3 days prior to the event/program start date.

Merchandise:
5. Astitva Foundation may offer merchandise for sale through its online store. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
